Looking for land in Derby region

Hi,

Does anyone know of any plots in the derbyshire region, we are looking for a minimum of 0.25acre no max to do our first self build. If anyone is interested in joining us in looking for a bigger plot and splitting it or buying a multiple plot with us we would be very interested. we have a maximum budget for land of about 160K.

Hey when I visited Derby I found a 1 acre land for sale, but the price is high so Its not worth to buy that piece of land.
